Asher Remy-Toledo is a New York based (b. Colombia) cultural producer with over two decades of experience in the field. He is the founder and current director of Hyphen Hub, a New York based non-profit organization working at the intersection of art and creative technology that creates live events, salons, exhibitions with a focus on the new frontiers of technology. The organization has developed an extensive global community of selected individuals and institutions working at the forefront of art & emerging technologies. Hyphen Hub is a partner and creative director for Journey Experience NYC, a new restaurant model that merges gourmet food, theatrical performance, fashion-technology, immersive multimedia and mix reality in its different areas.

Asher has been part of the curatorial team for the International Festival of the Image for several years bringing a large contingent of artists, curators and people in the creative industries. He has been curator of the Rome Maker Fair, a yearly festival that works at the intersection of creative industries and art. He is a member of the selection committee of ARS Electronica, the festival based in Linz Austria, which is the longest running New Media festival in the world. Asher has partnered with CultureHub in several occasions to create a new media performance festival titled Visions of the Future, and has been a frequent collaborator in several of CultureHub’s programs.
